Terms of Use
Miri Nova YouTube Automation is a private desktop tool for the owner of Miri Life and Stone Age. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide third-party user accounts.
Authorized use
The owner uses the tool to upload and manage original or properly licensed content on these two channels. Each upload requires the owner's approval of the video and release settings. The owner remains responsible for content rights, metadata, audience designations, disclosures and publication decisions.
Google and YouTube
Use of this tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies. See also the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Restrictions
The tool must not be used to circumvent platform restrictions, create artificial engagement, misrepresent content ownership, or upload content without the necessary rights and authorization.
Access and availability
The owner grants access through Google sign-in and may revoke it through Google Account connections. Uploads depend on Google's services, quotas and channel permissions. Availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
Changes and contact
These terms may change when the tool or applicable platform requirements change. Material changes to the approved API use case will be reported to YouTube when required. Questions can be sent to geek3arabi@gmail.com.
