Privacy Policy
This policy covers Miri Nova YouTube Automation, a private desktop uploader operated by the owner of the Miri Life and Stone Age YouTube channels, and this information website.
Information accessed
After the owner grants access through Google, the uploader identifies the selected YouTube channel and handles the owner's chosen video files, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions, audience and disclosure settings, privacy settings and scheduled release times. It receives video identifiers, upload status and other API responses needed to verify the upload.
It requests youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl. These permissions allow YouTube management actions; the tool uses them for the upload and verification functions described above. It does not access Gmail, contacts, payment information or the owner's Google password.
How information is used
Information is used to upload and manage the owner's approved Miri Life and Stone Age content, verify the destination channel and release settings, prevent duplicate uploads, and diagnose errors. It is not used for advertising, profiling, sale or training general-purpose AI models.
The uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in private configuration folders on the owner's computer, outside published source files. Each channel has a separate saved token. Upload logs and verification records are stored locally. The uploader uses HTTPS for communication with Google's official services; the desktop sign-in response returns through a temporary local callback on the owner's computer.
The public website does not receive or store YouTube tokens, private video files or upload records. The desktop uploader has no separate cloud database.
Sharing
The uploader sends the authorized content and related information directly to Google and YouTube to carry out the requested actions. It does not sell or rent Google user data or share it with advertisers. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy. The owner controls whether uploaded content becomes public.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Saved credentials are kept while the owner uses the connection. Local upload records are kept to support verification and prevent duplicates. The owner can revoke access at Google Account connections, then remove the corresponding local credentials and stored API data. Revocation does not automatically delete local files.
For a deletion request, contact geek3arabi@gmail.com. The owner will remove the relevant stored Google user data within seven days of a deletion request and within 30 days of revocation. Uploaded YouTube videos remain controlled through YouTube and are not deleted by disconnecting this tool.
This website
This static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not add analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies, login forms or upload forms. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Following links to Google or YouTube is subject to those services' policies.
Children
The uploader is an owner-operated production tool, not a service for children. This site does not ask visitors to submit personal information. Each video's audience setting is reviewed separately by the channel owner.
