Miri Nova YouTube Automation
One private uploader. Two owner-managed channels.
This desktop tool helps the owner of Miri Life and Stone Age upload finished videos through the official YouTube Data API. It is for the owner's own channels and is not a public upload service.
What the uploader does
The owner reviews each video and its release settings. The tool can then upload the video, title, description, tags, thumbnail and captions, and request an immediate or scheduled release.
The Google permission screen uses the name Miri Nova YouTube Automation for both channels. Each channel has a separate saved sign-in. The authorized channel determines the upload destination.
Why it asks for YouTube access
Google sign-in lets the tool identify the selected channel, upload its videos, manage thumbnails and captions, and check upload results. The requested permissions are youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl.
The latter permission includes broader YouTube management access in Google's permission screen. This uploader uses it for the channel and video checks, thumbnails and captions described here. It does not provide a feature to delete videos, rate videos or post comments.
How account information is handled
Sign-in tokens and upload records stay on the owner's computer. Video files and their publishing details go directly to Google and YouTube. This information site has no account login or upload form.
Read the Privacy Policy for storage, sharing and deletion details, or the Terms of Use for the uploader's use conditions.
Control stays with the owner
The owner chooses the channel, video, audience setting and release time, and can revoke the connection at any time in Google Account connections.
